Fine mountain views were amazing.
I was frustrated with our check-in experience. We were given a room that didn't match our reservation and was not suitable for our baby, unacceptable. Although the director eventually resolved the issue, the inconvenience put a damper on our stay. Navigating the building with a baby carriage was difficult due to inadequate paths, and the restaurant was poorly ventilated. The shuttle service to the private beach was infrequent, forcing us to rely on taxis for early returns.
